Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Kerai Studio (“we”, “us”) and our partners handle when you play our games, including TenSnap, and when you visit this website, and the choices you have.
The short version
- You don't need an account to play. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress is saved on your device, and in your own iCloud if you use it. We can't see it.
- Our games are free and show ads. Our ad partners collect some device data to show and measure ads; ads are personalised only with your permission where the law requires it.
- We use analytics and crash reports to see how the game is played and to fix bugs.
- We don't sell your personal information for money.
What is collected, and why
Game progress
Your scores, levels, streaks, settings and other progress are saved on your device. On Apple devices signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy in your iCloud account (Apple's iCloud key-value storage), so your progress follows you to your other devices and survives a reinstall. This copy belongs to your Apple account; we have no access to it.
Game Center
If you choose to compare a Daily result on iOS, the game uses Apple Game Center: your Game Center nickname and result are shared with Apple and shown on the leaderboard, under Apple's terms.
Advertising
Our games are supported by ads, served through AppLovin MAX and the ad networks it works with. When an ad is requested or shown, these partners may automatically collect:
- device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (on iOS only if you allow tracking; on Android the Android Advertising ID);
- device and app information, such as the device model, operating system, language, app version and network type;
- your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
- information about the ads you see and tap.
They use it to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same one, measure how ads perform, prevent fraud and, where you have allowed it, show ads that match your interests. Each partner handles this data under its own privacy policy; see AppLovin's privacy policy for AppLovin and the partners it works with.
Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to understand how the game is played, for example which modes are popular and where players get stuck, to tune the game, and to find and fix crashes. Firebase collects in-game events (such as “round started” or “level completed”), an app instance identifier, device information and crash logs. See Firebase's privacy information.
Purchases
In-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details; we only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made.
Notifications
If you turn on daily reminders, they are scheduled on your device. We don't collect a push token or any contact details for them.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use them only to reply.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the time of a request, for security.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we and our partners rely on your consent for personalised advertising and for tracking on iOS; on legitimate interests for analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and non-personalised ads; and on the performance of a contract for purchases.
Your choices
- iPhone and iPad: the game asks before it allows tracking. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads will still appear, but won't be personalised.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Google or privacy settings.
- EEA and UK: you'll be asked for your consent before personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time.
- Your data: deleting the game removes the data stored on your device. You can ask us to access or delete information related to you; as we don't hold your progress or identity ourselves, we'll help you reach the partners who do.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Ad partners keep data as described in their own policies.
International transfers
Our partners may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
